As a Systems Specialist, Physical Safety and Security, you will be the technical owner and subject matter expert for Adyen's global physical safety and security technology environment.
Responsibilities:
- Physical Safety & Security Systems: Own the technical lifecycle of Adyen's physical safety and security systems.
- Security Technology Architecture & Design: Design physical safety and security technology solutions for new offices.
- Access Control & Identity: Own the technical administration of Adyen's global access-control environment.
- Integrations, Automation & AI: Develop and support integrations between physical safety and security platforms and enterprise systems.
- Projects, Migrations & Resilience: Lead the technical delivery of physical safety and security technology projects.
- Operational Support & Investigations: Provide first-line technical support for routine physical safety and security technology requests.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Act as the technical point of contact for physical safety and security technology vendors.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in physical security technology or a closely related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise access control and CCTV systems.
- Experience with Genea or comparable enterprise physical security platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networks, and integrations.
