Telerehab Physical Therapist

We are seeking a full-time remote Telerehab Physical Therapist to join our team.

As a Telerehab Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing outcomes-centred plans, and delivering effective care management across a patient's episode. You will leverage our industry-leading Telerehab platform to provide high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients via telerehab
• Establish outcomes-centred plans and deliver effective care management
• Operate at the top of your licence, leveraging and delegating care amongst the care team
• Collaborate with the care team to drive consistent and predictably positive outcomes for patients

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist or licence eligible based on state rules and regulations
• 3-5 years of experience as a licensed PT preferred
