Manager, Strategic Sourcing - Professional Services

We're seeking a Sourcing Manager to join our Indirect Procurement Organisation. You will develop and implement Category Strategies and Sourcing Plans for Human Capital Procurement across Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive end-to-end RFx global events with internal stakeholders including HR, Finance, and Legal

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders, providing market expertise and data-driven insights

• Lead category strategy development and implementation to optimise vendor relationships and drive cost savings

• Develop a global supplier catalog for Professional Services Procurement categories

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling insights and sourcing strategies

• Lead market intelligence efforts and leverage data analytics to educate partners and benchmark pricing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience

• 10+ years of professional business experience

• 2+ years of leadership experience

• Expertise in Professional Services sourcing in a fast-paced global hi-tech environment

• Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems

• Proven project management and consulting skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience deploying or scaling AI solutions within Procurement or Sourcing

• Management Consulting background

• Analytical and process improvement approach

• MBA or similar level of expertise
