Product Designer - MAI Health

We're seeking a Principal Product Designer to create end-to-end experiences for our health AI product. You'll own a key product area, driving design from concept to launch, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class products that empower users and promote positive health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and ship world-class AI applications with a focus on craft, quality, trust, and positive impact
• Own a product area, understanding user needs, defining requirements, and managing development and launches
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product managers, and designers
• Set the bar for excellence and quality in design
• Translate business goals into strategy, user experience, and technical requirements
• Define goals and performance indicators, and measure success with data and research

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in product or service design for Master's degree holders, or 8+ years for Bachelor's degree holders
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating experience in shipping consumer products
• Experience with design thinking, influencing design outcomes, and collaborating with engineering
• Familiarity with the healthcare space is a plus

The typical base pay range for this role in the United Kingdom is £93,500.00 – £161,800.00 per year.
