Airbnb is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the integration of luxury listings on its platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to acquire and integrate new luxury listings, ensuring the quality and growth of the luxury offering.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end integration process for new luxury listings
• Develop and implement new approaches to acquisition and integration in collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams
• Identify and address gaps in tools and processes to ensure sustainable systems
• Manage program budgets and supplier relationships
• Lead cross-functional programs and represent the team in leadership contexts
• Analyze key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in operations, sales, or supply chain management
• Proven experience in managing a pipeline or funnel from design to steady-state operation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and dashboard creation
• Experience with Salesforce, including dashboard creation and reporting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
