Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stane Park, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer. You'll work in a high-pressure environment, delivering five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation we're driving.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued every time they shop with us
- Confidently recommending and selling our newest food products
- Utilising our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment, where everyone works hard and supports each other
- Adapting to the changing demands of the retail environment and working across various areas of the store
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. This role involves working early mornings, so applicants must be over 18 years old.
