Key Responsibilities
Ambassador of SA Winning Adult Culture
- Collaborate with colleagues and leaders.
- Serve as an ambassador of SA’s Adult Winning Culture.
Scholar & Family Engagement
- Engage and invest families in students’ academic growth.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students.
Content Study and Instruction
- Deeply study the SA curriculum.
- Deliver rigorous, engaging instruction.
Evaluation, Assessment, and Continuous Improvement
- Regularly study student work and assessment data.
- Reflect honestly on results.
Classroom Management
- Lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students.
- Establish and consistently enforce routines.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for learning and commitment to student development.
- Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida.
