Workday Integration Expert

As a Workday Integration Expert at MHP, you play a key role in driving projects forward and implementing innovative solutions. You will be responsible for the functional and technical design of end-to-end Workday HR processes, leading workshops, and providing consulting services to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end Workday HR processes
• Lead workshops and create technical design, testing, and implementation documents
• Provide consulting services to customers regarding Workday Extend and guide end-to-end integrations with SAP
• Enhance and develop portfolio elements, including new technologies and knowledge transfer
• Take responsibility for opportunities, support, and estimating integrations
• Participate in pitches and sales demos

Qualifications:

• Completed degree and at least 3 years of professional consulting experience
• Hands-on technical expertise in Workday integration approaches (Workday Studio, Connector, Web Services, Orchestration, RaaS)
• Experience in guiding end-to-end integrations and exposure to SAP is a plus
• Expertise in Workday HR modules and functional HR processes covering the full employee lifecycle
• Workday Integration Certification and Workday Studio Certification
• Fluent English language skills required, German is a nice-to-have
