Marketing/CRM Team Member

This is your chance to join the Glöckler Group, a leading Porsche dealership, as a Marketing/CRM Team Member.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our CRM and marketing activities across multiple locations, including Porsche Zentrum Frankfurt, Porsche Approved, and Service Zentrum Frankfurt West.

As a Marketing/CRM Team Member, you will:

• Plan and execute events and marketing activities as part of a team
• Be responsible for tracking and measuring the success of ongoing CRM and marketing campaigns
• Ensure high-quality data management
• Report directly to the Head of Marketing and take on comprehensive marketing and CRM tasks
• Collaborate closely with the CRM team, requiring strong communication and organisational skills
• Utilise common CRM systems to create analyses and evaluations independently
• Develop a brand-appropriate social media presence for the Glöckler Group, creating professional reels and posts

Requirements:

• Completed commercial education or studies, ideally in the automotive sector
• Initial work experience in the automotive industry, preferably in service
• Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly those used by Porsche
• Experience with campaign management and measuring marketing and CRM success
• Ability to create professional social media content and present yourself confidently on camera
• Willingness to work at various Glöckler Group locations within a 20km radius
• High level of flexibility, organisational skills, and communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Enjoyment of independent social media content creation
• Valid class B driver's license
