Join tonies GmbH as an S&OPIBP Analyst and support the effective running and continuous improvement of the company's global S&OP / IBP process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process: Run the monthly S&OP / IBP cycle "engine room": own the monthly calendar, coordinate input collection, ensure meeting readiness, and support facilitation during key meetings.
  • Methods: Build and maintain standard decks/templates for each S&OP/IBP step; consolidate inputs into decision-ready packs, and produce concise insights for stakeholders.
  • Governance: Document minutes, decisions, and trade-offs; maintain action logs, and track risks/opportunities and mitigations.
  • Systems: Support improvements to data quality and planning master data; perform basic data checks and reconciliations, and contribute to disciplined file structures and access management.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand/supply planning support, operations analytics, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with imperfect datasets.
  • Experience preparing management-ready materials and highly organised project/cycle management skills.
  • Clear communicator who is comfortable nudging senior stakeholders on inputs and deadlines.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with planning tools/BI is a plus.

Education & Languages

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or similar.
  • Fluent English required; German a plus.
