Director Executive Communications

Electronic Arts is seeking a Director of Executive Communications to lead internal and external communications for the Chief Experiences Officer. The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with business objectives, advise the executive on communications opportunities and risks, and oversee storytelling across various channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead internal and external communications strategies supporting the executive's mission and business goals.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Experiences Officer on communications opportunities, risks, and messaging.
• Own end-to-end storytelling for the business unit, from positioning to execution across channels.
• Manage media relations and executive visibility/thought leadership opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee internal communications strategy and channels to ensure employee engagement and alignment with strategy and values.
• Direct high-impact presentations for executive and business unit meetings, as well as external speaking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 14+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, public relations, or related fields.
• Significant experience advising C-suite executives or senior leaders on communications strategy.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives.
• Deep experience with media relations, spokesperson preparation, and high-stakes communications.
• Strong understanding of business, technology, entertainment, gaming, media, and cultural trends.
