You work closely with top bars, restaurants, clubs, and events to build lasting partnerships and seek new opportunities to promote the brand.
Your main goals are to increase Red Bull sales through creative concepts and new distribution channels. This dynamic, full-time role, initially contract-bound for two years, offers the chance to thrive in an ambitious and reliable team.
Responsibilities
- Area Management: Manage existing and new clients in the night and scene gastronomy, ensuring a perfect presentation using innovative tools. Make the Red Bull brand experiential at events, festivals, trendy bars, and top clubs, securing product visibility and availability.
- Communication & Innovation: Speak the language of the gastronomy sector and enjoy varied nights. Identify unique customer and partner characteristics, presenting our brand portfolio in context. You're keen on industry trends and opportunities, successfully implementing them in your area.
- Reporting, KPIs, and Analyses: Lay the foundation for a successful strategy with administrative tasks and data management. Monitor competition, scout trends, and analyse potential new distribution points. Regularly document successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Completed studies or vocational training
- Fluent German and good English skills, written and spoken
- Strong networking abilities, enthusiasm for the gastronomy scene
- Experience in practical gastronomy and sales-promoting knowledge an advantage
- Tech-savvy with standard software and mobile devices
- Flexible working hours, self-organised, and mobile
- Driver's license class B required
- Ideally residing in the assigned area
- Self-motivated and independent decision-making
- Travel readiness: 90-100%
