Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Executive Director for Undergraduate Recruitment and Student Development in advancing industry engagement of the School of Engineering and employability of engineering students.
The successful candidate will have a recognised bachelor's degree, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. You will need strong interpersonal skills, be outgoing, and possess a positive work attitude, good computer literacy, and a strong sense of responsibility and independence. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organising industry and career-related events
- Enhancing students' career preparedness
- Fostering industry partnerships
The contract duration is 2 years, renewable.
The starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
