Description
We're seeking a Lead Android Engineer to join our mobile platform engineering team in London. As a Lead Android Engineer, you will set the pace for multiple mobile engineering teams and take ownership of the fully native mobile apps that our customers love.
You will work with a variety of technologies, including Kotlin, Java, Android Studio, and AWS. You will also be responsible for designing new product iterations, thinking strategically about architectural decisions, and communicating with stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating products that produce good customer outcomes, enjoys leading a team of technologists, and wants to design new product iterations. You should also be able to act as a technical evangelist, evaluate technical risks, and coach and mentor more junior engineers.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in our London office, with a hybrid approach to work. You'll spend three days a week in the office (Tuesday - Thursday), with Monday and Friday being dedicated work-from-home days.
