Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Owner to join our Credit Risk Technology team in Pune, India. As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in defining and communicating the product vision and roadmap, managing and prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring that the product changes align with the business strategy and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, create, and communicate product vision and roadmap with stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize backlog and ensure value delivery is embedded in Agile planning and delivery
- Continuously refine product backlog and re-prioritize according to criticality, cost, and value
- Develop as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact liaison with stakeholders
- Develop and provide strategic business solutions under Credit Risk Domain
- Be responsible for product health and maturity in Credit Risk domain
- Ensure adherence to testing standards and focus on achieving efficiencies through automated testing
- Provide management, leadership, and technical guidance to teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product ownership and management in an Agile environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate at senior level
- Experience working in technology or change for large investment banks
- Proven experience in prioritization techniques, refinement, grooming, and challenges with backlog management
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to scope and deliver AI-enabled features
- Knowledge and experience of Risk or Finance domain
- Good to have knowledge and understanding of Risk Methodologies for PD, LGD, EAD, RWA Calculations
