Responsibilities

  • Lead DGX Cloud’s business operating rhythm, including planning cycles, executive reviews, decision forums, and follow-through on actions and decisions.
  • Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting that provide a clear view of capacity, program delivery, business performance, spend, budget, headcount, and organizational health.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, FinOps, HR, and TPM teams to define shared benchmarks, planning assumptions, data sources, and performance targets.
  • Support headcount planning and hiring-plan tracking, including workforce-capacity analysis, prioritization, forecast accuracy, and leadership reporting.
  • Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives by establishing achievements, dependencies, risks, decision paths, accountable owners, and executive involvement when needed.
  • Convert intricate operational, technical, financial, and workforce data into clear executive insights, suggestions, and decisions needed.
  • Improve the quality and speed of business operations through automation, AI-assisted workflows, reliable source-of-truth data, and scalable planning mechanisms.
  • Identify organizational bottlenecks, data-quality issues, and process gaps; drive durable improvements across planning, reporting, and execution.

Requirements

  • More than 12 overall years in business operations, technical program management, strategy and operations, finance, analytics, or comparable technical/business roles.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience building dashboards, defining important metrics, developing planning models, and translating data into executive recommendations.
  • Experience leading headcount planning, workforce-capacity analysis, hiring-plan tracking, and organizational planning in partnership with HR and functional leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional programs involving technical, operational, financial, and organizational dependencies.
  • Experience establishing operating rhythms, including executive reviews, planning cycles, decision forums, performance tracking, and leadership-ready reporting.
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, large-scale services, or technical operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data and program status into clear risks, tradeoffs, and decisions.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting business operations for AI/ML infrastructure, GPU capacity, cloud services, or large-scale technology organizations.
  • Track record building data products, executive dashboards, or automated reporting systems that became trusted sources of truth.
  • Experience connecting headcount, budget, capacity, and program-delivery data to improve investment and prioritization decisions.
  • Experience applying AI or automation to improve planning, reporting, forecasting, or operational follow-through.
  • Ability to operate as a trusted partner to senior leaders while independently driving clarity, accountability, and execution across a complex organization.
