Production Associate

We are seeking a Production Associate to join our team at Akebono Brake Corporation in Glasgow, KY. This is a full-time entry-level position in our OE & AM Friction department.

As a Production Associate, you will perform various production-related activities in a safe manner to ensure quality products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and operating various production and test equipment to perform machining, assembly, curing, painting, mixing, quality checks, and other production activities
• Performing all work in compliance with standardized work instruction documents and established safety procedures
• Producing a quality product in a safe and efficient manner
• Performing minor maintenance activities and assisting support associates in other maintenance duties

To qualify for this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma, with additional technical training being helpful
• At least one year of manufacturing experience (though not required)
• The ability to work in a team environment
