Staff Product Quality Engineer

CoreWeave is seeking an experienced Staff Product Quality Engineer to lead quality strategy and execution for new compute hardware platforms from concept through volume production. This role involves owning the quality workstream across all New Product Introduction (NPI) phases, partnering with hardware engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and data center operations to ensure compute hardware meets quality and stability targets.

Responsibilities:

• Own quality workstream across all NPI phases (EVT/DVT/PVT/MP)
• Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) reviews
• Lead FMEA for new platforms
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and ODM/CM partners to specify test coverage
• Own Bill of Materials creation
• Represent quality in cross-functional program reviews
• Leverage deep working knowledge of compute architectures to identify quality and reliability risks
• Partner with hardware and systems engineering to review schematics and system architecture docs
• Translate architectural changes into updated quality and test requirements

Requirements:

• 8+ years in hardware/product quality engineering
• Demonstrated ownership of quality through at least two full NPI cycles
• Working technical fluency in compute architecture
• Hands-on experience defining manufacturing test strategies
• Deep familiarity with core quality methodologies: FMEA, 8D/RCCA, and DOE
• Experience managing BOM-level quality
• Strong data fluency
• Excellent cross-functional communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high-density racks, liquid cooling, and hyperscale data center hardware
• Familiarity with industry standards relevant to compute hardware quality
• Experience standing up or maturing product quality function within a fast-scaling hardware organization
