Sales & Artistry Coordinator - New Jersey

We are seeking a Sales & Artistry Coordinator to represent Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in New Jersey.

The Sales and Artistry Coordinator is responsible for driving sales, education, and artistry for a large multi-retailer territory.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving financial results in store to meet and exceed plan
• Determining individual and team sales targets
• Identifying and executing key eventing opportunities
• Inspiring and motivating retail teams to drive sales
• Analyzing business performance and suggesting improvement opportunities
• Providing exceptional customer service and leading by example
• Developing and maintaining relationships with retail partners
• Managing inventory levels and ensuring counter readiness

Requirements:

• 2+ years of beauty industry experience
• 2+ years of beauty retail management experience
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong communication and influencing skills
