Analytic Partners is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with business and technology teams. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between users and software, supporting products and developing requirements for enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards working with data and be optimistic about using data to inform business decisions. They should be enthusiastic about learning and growing personally and professionally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing deep knowledge of data, platform, and system dependencies
- Acting as a trusted advisor for project teams and customers
- Providing data collection, preparation, and validation support
- Collaborating with teams to analyze and resolve process and product issues
- Conducting research and analysis to understand business challenges
- Writing requirements and functional specifications for new features
- Testing new and updated features
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Economics, or Statistics
- 0-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a Product support role
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data cloud platforms, or ETL tools
- Familiarity with Office 365
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage tight deadlines
Nice to have: Experience with Jira and Confluence
