Job Overview

As a Manager, Growth at Pomelo Care, you will support the acceleration of Pomelo's health plan partnership pipeline through rigorous research, operational excellence, and deal support. This role reports to the VP of Growth and is open to candidates located in the continental US.

Responsibilities

• Support Pipeline Operations: Source and track health plan opportunities, maintaining data hygiene in the CRM to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Drive Meeting Preparation: Own the preparation for customer meetings, including researching stakeholder context, adapting pitch decks, and creating briefing materials for leadership.
• Synthesize & Execute: Synthesize key takeaways from partner meetings and own internal and external follow-up actions to keep deals moving forward.
• Conduct Market Research: Leverage existing data and resources to research prospective partners and health plan priorities, providing the team with actionable intelligence.
• Collaborate on Materials: Work closely with Partnerships and Marketing teams to develop pitches, conference materials, and case studies that showcase Pomelo's value to payers.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in a client-facing or analytical role; management consulting background is strongly preferred.
• Healthcare Interest/Experience: 2+ years of healthcare experience or a demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly on complex domains.
• Structured Thinker: Strong organizational skills and problem-solving aptitude.
• Action-Oriented: Eager to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal skills.

• Experience in financial modeling or building pricing proposals.
• Familiarity with how insurance coverage works by line of business.

Compensation

The expected base salary range offered for this role is $95,000-$120,000. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus and equity.
