Working Student HRIS

We are seeking a motivated working student to join our HRIS team in Elsbethen, Austria, for 20-25 hours per week. As a Working Student HRIS, you will support our global HRIS department, work alongside HRIS experts and managers, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with colleagues across the business while developing your skills at the intersection of HR and IT.

Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance and further development of HR processes and tools within the HRIS landscape.
• Assist the HRIS team as a point of contact, responding to questions related to HR systems and processes.
• Contribute to projects and improvements, including enhancement initiatives, change requests, and ongoing HRIS projects.
• Maintain documentation and support users, creating clear documentation for HRIS tools and processes, and preparing training materials.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR technology, digital processes, and the intersection of HR and IT.
• Initial experience through internships, university projects, or student jobs in HR, IT, data management, or related areas is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HR systems, such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or similar tools, is beneficial but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with colleagues from different teams and functions.
