Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager for CoreUX at EarnIn, you'll help bring the company's mission to life by reinventing the financial system and helping community members achieve a better financial position.

You will be responsible for shaping the experience every EarnIn member has with the app , from the home screen to the design system and platform performance underneath it.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning the home screen and core navigation experience, moving it from a static, rule-based surface to one that's ML-orchestrated
• Creating tight feedback loops with community members and understanding product issues and resolution paths
• Communicating the product vision, roadmap, and results to the product team, stakeholders, and executive team
• Defining OKRs and setting stretch goals for the product and team
• Raising the bar for design quality and user experience
• Leading a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, and data analysts
• Establishing, monitoring, and analyzing metrics to track progress toward product goals
• Leveraging user research, competitive analysis, and data to identify new opportunities
• Championing CoreUX's shift to AI-native operations
• Designing, developing, and executing features and experiments to iterate toward product success

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management at a consumer technology product company
• Strong product/design sense developed by shipping delightful and innovative products
• Strong analytical skills in leveraging data to drive product decisions
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and make informed product decisions
• Deep user empathy and experience building products based on user needs
• Ability to create a rapid experimentation culture
• Ability to influence and build alignment across teams
• Fluency with AI tools in your workflow

The Mountain View base salary range for this full-time position is $229,000-$280,000, plus equity and benefits. This is a hybrid position in Mountain View that requires in-office work 2 days a week.
