Physical Therapist PRN

Duly Health and Care is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join their Rehabilitation Services team in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.

The ideal candidate will have a current Illinois Physical Therapist license and be able to evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation colleagues to ensure coordinated care
• Document patient care accurately within the EMR
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences focused on outcomes and quality care

The role offers a flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of two Saturdays per month and opportunities for weekday mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current IL Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• CPR certification preferred
