PRN Occupational Therapist Assistant - Acute Care

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in San Marcos. As part of our team, you will work alongside innovators and advocates who are passionate about advancing access to quality care and making a lasting impact on patients, communities, and the industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing equipment for treatment and assisting an Occupational Therapist with rehabilitative activities for patients
• Establishing strong relationships with each patient to help them exceed their functional goals
• Demonstrating a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Building and maintaining relationships throughout the hospital with physicians, case management, nurses, and others

To qualify for this role, you will need:

• To be a graduate of an ACOTE-approved occupational therapy assistant program
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification
