Data Analyst, Integrations

Job Summary

You will join the Product Support Team at Pave as a Data Analyst, Integrations. Your role will involve supporting the growing global customer base by ensuring they understand and derive value from Pave's products.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to customers for their ongoing happiness
• Work within the application and on backend integrations to identify and resolve customer issues
• Approach customers with empathy to ensure they feel heard and confident in issue resolution
• Conduct root-cause analysis with Engineering teams
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and hand off unresolved issues to other team members
• Help document enablement materials for customers to self-serve
• Collaborate with Customer Success Engineering, Account Executives, and Account Management teams to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Prioritize and manage simultaneous cases efficiently
• Think critically and solve problems to resolve customer issues quickly
• Become an expert on Pave's products

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business/Finance, or equivalent experience
• Superior communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Experience troubleshooting with stack traces and log files
• Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, TypeScript, and/or API integrations
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Innovative thinker with a collaborative mindset
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Resilient under pressure with the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously
• Technical curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new tools and technologies

• Targeted cash compensation for this role: P2: $91,000 Base + Equity
