Facilities Coordinator

Leidos Dynetics is seeking a qualified Facilities Coordinator for its Hypersonic line of business. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior manager of manufacturing to support production floor facility needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with contractors and schedule their time
• Create problem tickets and follow up for completion
• Work with section leads on production floor to provide support for projects and unexpected issues that arise
• Anticipate facilities requirements and respond to issues
• Manage required annual/bi-annual certifications on equipment
• Support custodial services on production floor
• Work with Calibration services to process requirements
• Work with security personnel to learn/implement security procedures
• Prepare production floor before contractors arrive according to security requirements
• Schedule and communicate to production floor arrival dates and times
• Create purchase requisitions for production floor
• Track orders in Costpoint
• Contact suppliers for additional information as needed
• Provide limited IT support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience, or in lieu of a degree 10 years of relevant experience
• Must possess and be able to maintain a DOD Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with 5S work environment practices
• Familiar with ESD and FOD controlled work environment methods
