On Premise Sales Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as an On Premise Sales Trainee in Bronx, NY. This training role is designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role, where you will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacation, sickness, injury or special projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge of Red Bull products and distribution
• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager as needed
• Build and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling
• Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including products and brand standards
• Set proper brand flow and ensure fresh product rotation
• Obtain all necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans and communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers and Direct Sales Managers
• Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
• Support the team with audits, blitz, building of displays, and merchandising to drive sales growth

Requirements

• Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years of age
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English language proficiency; additional languages an advantage
