Striker, Far North QLD

As a Striker (Field Sales Representative) with Red Bull in Far North QLD, you will have true territory ownership within a geographical patch, delivering executional excellence across a range of corporate and independent Retail and P&C accounts.

You will focus on delivering maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products, in line with ‘Perfect Store’ standards, representing the Red Bull brand at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Territory Ownership: You will take pride in owning your designated geographical patch, delivering against key targets and metrics to achieve executional excellence across various accounts.
• Business Development: You will strategically approach a defined geographical territory, complete allocated calls, and help increase distribution width and depth in existing customers.
• Long Term Sales Drivers: You will develop relationships with key customers and new business leads, drive in-store presence of Red Bull, and enhance the company's share of space in-store using category insights.
• Short Term Sales Drivers: You will presell and execute displays in line with key promotional periods across corporate and independent accounts.

Requirements:

• 2+ years field sales experience required, FMCG experience preferred
• Comfortable with regular travel requirements, approximately 25% of the time, including periods of extended travel
• Ability to manage and cultivate good working relationships
• Strong selling skills (negotiation and objection handling) and commercial awareness
• Naturally organised, high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• A valid and full driver’s license is required
