As a Stock Manager at NEXT's Prestatyn store, you will lead a team to manage stock processes efficiently, ensuring customers receive excellent online experiences and service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the store management team and communicating effectively with the Store Manager
- Managing a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient environment
- Creating an atmosphere that motivates and inspires your team
- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities
- Ensuring communication is up-to-date and accurate
