Musketeer - On Premise Key Account Specialist

We are seeking a Musketeer - On Premise Key Account Specialist to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia.

As a Musketeer, you will be the face of the Red Bull brand and an indispensable consultant to your On Premise territory. You will drive the current and future distribution and sales of our product portfolio in key accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and business partners
• Build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products within your network
• Be seen as the credible, reliable, and knowledgeable face of Red Bull in the On Premise
• Deliver excellence with Red Bull's premium brand image in all activities and execution
• Develop local customer strategies in alignment with the national business strategy and implement innovative measures to achieve your goals
• Master the On Premise universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities
• Establish P&L for each key account in line with the national strategy and manage internal and external resources accordingly
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to leverage business success
• Negotiate win/win partnership agreements that add value to both the Red Bull business and customers' businesses
• Leverage your communication, sales, and marketing ability to keep Red Bull number one in the On Premise
• Drive and expand the business by identifying the right sales and marketing occasions at which Red Bull should be present
• Turn insights into impactful programs to drive sales and leverage Red Bull's brand image

Requirements:

• Bacc. degree preferred
• Previous experience and an expansive network in the hospitality and/or FMCG industry preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced, field-based environment
• Strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational ability
• Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur
• Self-aware and able to adapt communication, presentation, and professional appearance according to the audience and the scene
• Ability to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends)
• Driving license B category
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Proficiency in English
