Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

Deliver five-star service at pace, even in high-pressure environments
Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers
Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience
Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
