Material Handler Indianola PA - 2nd Shift: 2pm - 10:20pm

We are seeking a motivated Material Handler to join our team at our Indianola, Pennsylvania location. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in our supply chain management process.

Our Indianola location operates on a 3 eight-hour shift schedule, with the 2nd shift being from 2pm to 10:20pm, Monday through Friday. We offer on-the-job training to help you succeed in your role.

Responsibilities:

• Follow all documented processes and procedures
• Maintain physical transport of materials and complete all required Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) transactions using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and material handling equipment
• Finish product packaging using visual work instructions according to all regulatory requirements
• Complete all required transactional steps to receive and ship material

Requirements:

• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to operate independently
• Problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Quick learner of new IT systems and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of work experience
• Ability to learn to operate a powered industrial truck (fork truck), as needed

We offer a competitive salary of $17.50 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential pay and up to a 5% yearly bonus. Benefits include 120 hours of vacation, 128 hours of holiday time, 40 hours sick time, full medical/dental/vision, educational assistance, and annual bonus.
