Sr. Specialist, Connected Transaction Management

We're looking for a Sr. Specialist, Connected Transaction Management to join our L&BO team, providing specialised legal support across IAMC's connected transaction ecosystem and facilitating business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the connected party list, collecting required information and managing internal approvals.
• Manage the governance process of connected transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements and AIA Group standards.
• Optimise and enhance connected transaction management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with business functions, including Investment, Finance, and Compliance.
• Organise CTM Office meetings, prepare documents, and manage regulatory reports and filings.
• Construct, manage, and optimise the connected transaction system required by regulation.
• Work closely with the investment team and regulators on connected transaction-related matters.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Degree in law.
• At least 5-8 years of working experience.
• Experience in connected transaction management in an insurance asset management company or insurance company.
• In-depth knowledge of local business standards, best practices, and external regulations.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Accountable, efficient, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
