Director, Business Development - Autonomous Airpower International

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

The Autonomous Airpower Business Line is looking for a high-initiative, collaborative individual to join the team as the Director, Autonomous Airpower Growth (APAC).

This person will be responsible for driving Asia-Pacific sales for Anduril’s autonomous aircraft, including Fury, as part of the Autonomous Airpower international growth team.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and capture new opportunities for sales of autonomous aircraft to allies and partners across the Asia-Pacific region
• Engage Asia-Pacific customers to understand how current or proposed Anduril solutions address their operational requirements and capability gaps
• Lead proposal development for Asia-Pacific sales
• Support activities related to licensing, export compliance, and technical security
• Collaborate with Anduril engineering teams to develop international product offerings tailored to regional requirements
• Support execution of engagement campaigns with key stakeholders
• Partner with Anduril’s in-region teams and industry partners on co-production, industrial participation, and sustainment approaches
• Align Asia-Pacific campaigns with the broader international Autonomous Airpower strategy
• Develop and maintain close, trusted partner relationships with offices of senior military and civilian US Government customers
• Foster a culture of trust, innovation, collaboration, and mission focus
• Deliver on financial performance commitments and strategic market growth

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in leading or supporting aviation program creation, requirements definition, acquisition strategy, related efforts
• Prior experience working with US Air Force or US Navy program offices or operational commands
• Prior experience engaging with foreign militaries or ministries of defense, preferably in the Asia-Pacific region
• Excellent writing, communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers
• Candidate must be eligible to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
• Candidate must be willing to travel up to 50%, including frequent travel across the Asia-Pacific region
