As a Reparatiemedewerker Apple Repair, you will work independently to test and repair Apple returns, replacing parts as needed according to guidelines.
You will also think critically about improving processing processes to help your team improve every day.
Additionally, you will assist colleagues with other tasks, such as helping with MacBook repairs, evaluate Apple devices returned by customers, and ensure proper administrative handling and shipping of Apple returns.
