Oracle ERP Cloud - Program Manager - CRL - Germany

At Infosys Consulting, you will support the implementation of Oracle Cloud transformation programmes across various industries, including consumer goods, retail, and logistics.

The Role:

• Lead program management functions across the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud transformation programmes
• Drive pre-implementation assessments and discovery workshops to evaluate current-state processes and define future-state vision
• Manage large delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions and ensure deliverables are consistent with design principles, standards, and methodologies
• Use knowledge of the Oracle Cloud roadmap and industry guidance to support executive-level business decisions
• Inspire and develop junior colleagues and support their professional development

• You design and manage complete enterprise solutions, demonstrating leadership of topics in the architect community
• You have a passion for technology and business acumen, with experience working as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in a major client organization
