As a Senior Winkelmedewerker in our Coolblue store in Hengelo, you will help customers make the best choice and elevate your colleagues to a higher level.
You will sell in a coaching manner, helping customers and colleagues alike. Your responsibilities include:
- Helping customers make the best choice using your product knowledge
- Coaching colleagues to improve their performance
- Resolving complex customer questions
- Contributing to improving the store's performance
In return, you will receive:
- A salary of €16.68 - €17.83 per hour, which translates to a monthly salary of €2,891 - €3,091 based on 40 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a commercial sales role
- Good leadership skills and ability to set an example for colleagues
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
