Description
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Craigleith store. You'll work part-time on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 07:00-15:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll be at the frontline of our retail operations, providing exceptional customer service, recommending products, and driving sales growth. You'll need to be digitally confident, using tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
