Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join our team at PT Solutions, located in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will have the opportunity to learn about the profession by working alongside our licensed clinicians to build rapport, motivate, and assist patients during treatment. You will also be responsible for maintaining the clinic's cleanliness and covering receptionist duties as needed.
Once fully licensed and transitioned to a Physical Therapist, the role is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing a treatment program for patients referred by physicians. As a licensed Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to treat a variety of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neuralgic, and sports medicine patients.
Success Looks Like
- Successfully obtain state licensure to transition to clinical role
- Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have the ability to exceed their functional goals
- Ability to treat 60 patients per week
- Demonstrate a desire to positively connect with people
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Requirements
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- Graduate of APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program to transition to physical therapist role
- State licensure to transition to physical therapist role
