Description
We are seeking a Battery Testing Engineer to join our team.
You will be responsible for conducting battery tests as per customer requests and assignments. Your tasks will include analysing test requirements, designing and preparing necessary test fixtures, developing testing and measurement methods, and generating test reports. You will also collaborate with product engineers to analyse battery failure modes and root causes, and develop new test methods to support specific needs.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the development of advanced batteries, with Li-ion battery experience being preferred. You should be proficient in test procedure codes programming, test data processing and analysis, and relevant software and code programming. Good oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English are also required.
