Description
We are seeking a System Engineer to join our team in Busan, Korea. As a Hybrid role, you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet a customer's business needs. You will create and maintain effective customer relationships to secure customer satisfaction and provide the deepest level of product- and technology-specific expertise available to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support and leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions
- Creating and maintaining effective customer relationships
- Consulting customers on end-to-end technical designs to meet their business needs
- Supporting and enabling network equipment and solutions, such as switches, wireless LANs, routers, and SDN software
- Supporting and enabling security solutions, such as firewalls, UTM, SASE, and authentication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5 years of experience in presales for network products
- In-depth understanding of network solutions and related technical stacks
- Excellent customer presentation, technical education, storytelling, and documentation skills
- Hands-on experience with PoC and technical verification
- English communication skills (business level preferred)
- Expertise in routing (BGP, EBPG, OSPF, etc.), core switching, and network and server virtualization
- CCIE, CWNE, ACMX, and/or ACDX expert-level certifications are preferred
