Responsibilities
- Manage the reception and front-of-house area, ensuring seamless guest experiences
- Oversee VIP guest services, providing personalised attention and tailored experiences
- Lead and train a team to deliver exceptional service and results
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations
Benefits
- Salary: USD 75,000-80,000 per year
