The role involves working in one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, Packing, or other functions as needed. Responsibilities include ensuring products are handled, stored, and distributed safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness.

Requirements:

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
• Lift up to 50 pounds without restriction
• Stand and walk continuously for 8-10 hours
• Bend, reach, and push/pull frequently
• Adapt quickly to changes
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Understand new processes quickly and identify operational opportunities
• No prior warehouse experience required; 7-day training program provided
• Must be 18 years or older
