Logitech is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager, Finished Goods, to lead sourcing and supplier management initiatives. The successful candidate will optimize the supplier base, reduce total costs, and drive operational excellence.
The Role
As a strategic leader within Logitech Global Operation team, you will spearhead sourcing and supplier management initiatives focused on optimizing our supplier base, reducing total costs, and driving operational excellence across existing and new business ventures. You will play a pivotal role in forging supplier partnerships, driving collaborative innovation, and ensuring quality, compliance, and sustainability in every aspect of the finished goods supply chain.
Your Contribution
In this role, you will:
- Formulate and implement specific sourcing and supplier strategies to optimize the supplier base and drive cost efficiency.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to gain critical insights for sourcing strategies and continuous improvement.
- Lead cost management initiatives, ensuring best-cost launches and continuous cost improvements.
- Build, maintain, and enhance successful supplier relationships.
- Bring in value through collaborative innovation with suppliers.
- Identify and proactively manage supply chain risks.
- Manage assurance of quality, supply, cost, service, and innovation across all global supplier relationships.
- Ensure all sourcing activities comply with global and local regulatory requirements.
- Develop procedures for seamless coordination across cross-functional teams.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field required.
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
