Senior Musketeer (On Premise Consultant)

We are seeking a Senior Musketeer (On Premise Consultant) to join our team in Curitiba, Brazil.

As a Senior Musketeer, you will be responsible for developing sales and brand presence in the On Premise channel, focusing on nightclubs, bars, hotels, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers in the On Premise channel
• Develop and execute innovative activations to differentiate Red Bull from other beverages
• Implement marketing strategies and promotional materials to drive growth
• Ensure availability and execution of the High 5 concept (right price, perfect service, perfect visibility, consumption activation, and menu)
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the sales team and distributors to achieve numerical distribution goals
• Conduct continuous training with staff to ensure brand understanding
• Manage the On Premise channel budget and resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in On Premise sales or marketing
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Intermediate English level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, sense of urgency, organization, curiosity, and creativity
• Knowledge of market trends, music, style, and fashion
