Sales Trainee

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Oxnard, California. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including the brand and products
• Obtain all necessary tools to execute the daily plan, including insights, displays, Point of Sale materials, pricing, and more
• Provide in-route support, focusing on global strategy for in-store execution measured by Winning vs Competition (WVC) and Perfect Store Audit (PSA)
• Offer off-route support with audits, blitzes, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales growth
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format 'off-premise' stores
• Ensure effective customer service in a safe, productive, and professional manner, compliant with Red Bull executional standards

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• DOT medical card
• At least 21 years old
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

The base salary range for this position is $21.62 to $23.96 per hour. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
