Field Engineer

We're seeking Field Engineers to collaborate with key enterprise customers. As a Field Engineer, you'll serve as the technical expert for Cursor in the field, assisting customers in evaluating our AI-powered tools and guiding them through implementation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with Account Executives to lead technical discovery sessions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects
• Building strong relationships with engineering leaders, architects, and developers, providing technical guidance and advice
• Translating customer requirements into solution designs, recommending best practices for deployment, prompt strategy, and context configuration
• Developing and delivering technical presentations, workshops, and hands-on training sessions tailored to customer needs
• Acting as the customer's technical advocate within the organisation, influencing product roadmaps and escalating feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
• Collaborating with post-sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and successful customer onboarding
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Cursor's capabilities and the competitive landscape to effectively position our value proposition
• Supporting strategic account planning and driving expansion opportunities through technical validation

To be considered for this role, you should:

• Possess excellent communication skills and executive presence, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, modern engineering organisational structures, and developer productivity challenges
• Be technically proficient, with hands-on experience in technical workflows, AI tooling, and debugging complex environments
• Be customer-focused, with the ability to translate technical details into business impact
• Be fluent in Korean and have business-level English proficiency
