Finance Systems Associate (Winter 2027)

As a Finance Systems Associate, you will support the Financial Systems team in maintaining, configuring, and scaling core financial technology stack, primarily NetSuite and Ramp.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day administration, user management, and role permissioning for NetSuite, Ramp, and other financial systems
• Author, organize, and maintain clear system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides
• Design training materials and conduct onboarding sessions for internal employees on financial systems and expense submission workflows
• Field internal user support tickets, troubleshoot access issues, and help resolve system-related roadblocks
• Collaborate with the Finance team to test platform updates, new feature rollouts, and system integrations
• Help identify operational inefficiencies and suggest automated or system-driven solutions

Requirements:

• Graduating with or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong technical aptitude with an interest in systems administration, process mapping, and documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate technical concepts into simple, user-friendly guides
• High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
• Passion for supporting mission-critical systems and scaling operations at a high-growth startup

Bonus:

• Prior exposure to or coursework involving NetSuite, Ramp, Jira, or Confluence
• Experience creating technical documentation, training materials, or leading workshops
• Basic understanding of corporate accounting operations, manufacturing, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows
• Interest in space, aerospace technology, or high-growth hardware companies
