As a Sr. Product Manager, Search Personalization, you will develop and execute a cohesive Search Personalization strategy and roadmap in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional stakeholders. You will incorporate innovative new Search Personalization features into our models that tap into the unique user intent on Pinterest. You will investigate and hypothesize opportunities to improve the relevance of search results on Pinterest.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a cohesive Search Personalization strategy and roadmap
- Incorporate innovative new Search Personalization features into our models
- Investigate and hypothesize opportunities to improve the relevance of search results on Pinterest
- Partner closely with a wide range of disciplines including engineering, data science, design, research, marketing, legal, strategy, and other product managers
Requirements:
- Strong product sense and ability to collaborate and get buy-in from stakeholders
- Experience building AI/ML products
- Proven ability to lead in ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical skills to define product strategy and drive decision making
- Previous experience in search is a plus but not required
- Technical strength and ability to partner closely with Engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science or equivalent experience
